Part email, part wiki, part discussion board, part live chat, this is a new form of communicating and sharing ideas over the internet. Summer Reading Committee Presents David Wiesner, Illustrator A noted columnist and reviewer, Joyce Saricks is the author of Readers' Advisory Service in the Public Library, The Readers' Advisory Guide to Genre Fiction and Booklist's "At Leisure" Readers' Advisory column. You will also learn how to keep current while still doing everything else, how to promote readers' advisory services and how to hire staff to provide readers advisory. Joyce will teach you how to think and talk about books, how to read and remember books, and important considerations for collection development from an RA point of view. Helping a reader find their next great book can be quite a challenge.
